They talked about looters then flashed to footage of a black man, in front of the convention center, who was very passionately pleading for help and gesturing to the people around him. There was no audio, but I had seen the clip earlier.

Lou Dobbs and crew deliberately decided to use the footage of this man to misrepresent the survivors as a bunch of crazed lunatics, criminals, terrorists.

I can't say any more. I'm too angry.
