I think whoever's in charge at NBC news has gotten angry earfuls from the reporters on the scene and is letting them do some real reporting. The reporters in NO are disgusted with what's going on and they have been telling it as they see it.

I have been sickened by how NBC has kissed GWB's ass the past 5 years -- but what they've been doing for at least the past two days is astonishingly honest journalism. I can't believe my ears and eyes.
Some of them are expressing their personal reactions and anger about the situation, right in their newscasts.
