if you ran the show at Al Queda when would you strike? I would have done it today. We need to spend less money and effort being protected from the bogey man and more time and money taking care of our own.

Plus, just thinking about how poorly prepared FEMA was, there's NO WAY they are actually expecting a terrorist attack. The proof is in their own actions.
