1. Someone better lay it all out - who does what and when. Didn't they

brag the FEMA was already and prepared to move in for Katrina? I'm sure I saw the faces before the cameras and the moving mouths.

FEMA = National disaster. Right?

Whether single or multi-state, FEMA is in charge as soon as the President names the area a disaster.

What part of his brain does O'Reilly use?

The Governor asks that the area be proclaimed a disaster area. Right?

They both move in. What exactly does he say the Democratic Governor didn't do? She was in front of the cameras? What did she promise? What didn't she deliver compared to FEMA?

2. They're desparate.

I knew this was going to happen. It is standard operational procedure for the RNC to shift away the blame from themselves and Bush. They'll say anything-anything-to shift themselves away from any sort of liability.
