I'm beginning to think that Katrina may have saved this nation. Exposing this cabal for what they really are and condemning them to the dump heap of history.
I'm not a particularly religious person and maybe I am looking for any bright light but I have to believe that the lives lost, and those being lost, were not for naught.

1. Agreed it is showing the right-wingers how racist they've become.....
It is a message about oil, and about blatant racism.

When you see Fox News anchors, who were once totally racist breaking down in tears you know the turning point is here.

They are seeing the hell on earth that is america, first hand.

They didn't see it in Iraq because its a country thousands of miles away. They couldn't feel.

But here in America, when it has become this devestated, they actually see and feel.

Further its exposing the true terrorist nature of the Resident and his advisors. Therefore, everyone sees them as the ZIONIST deceptive bastards they are.

And then on top of all this, their oil enterprise is falling apart. Finally conservatives and others may be getting past their racism, and are forced to help blacks and others out. They have to take them in after this tragedy just to survive.

And in all that, america is showing some signs of humanity. Sanity finally returning to the population who hated those muslims and like racists wiped them all out.

Will it last? Only once each and every terrorist, and Hastert are incarcerated.

2. Sadly what is going to get the biggest reaction is.....
having to pay over $3.00/ gallon for gas.
Having said that I'll take the destruction of this group any way I can, from any quarter.

5. You might have hit the nail on the head....
I myself have been ranting mad, anti-social, exasperated, almost despondent for days. I have hated Bush since day one. When he had a 93% approval rating after 9/11, I was pulling my hair out of my head and muttering to myself..."forgive them father for they know not what they have done"... How could they....this man is going to destroy this country and maybe the world with his arrogance and so called policies...then he was re-elected and I was out of my freaking mind....Oh my God...Wake up America. Wasn't 9/11 enough of a fuck up? And the the war in Iraq, the tax cuts for the rich....poverty up fourth year in a row, wages stagnant for four years in a row (first time in US history) what will it take for the rest of America to wake up? Katrina?

Well, Katrina was the biggest storm to ever hit the US Gulf Coast, it was very destructive, but it George Bush and the GOP's Conservative agenda and their utter incompetence in handling catastrophic emergencies, that has created the human tragedy beyond our comprehension. It is not the America I know...

Do we need any more proof that it is time for a sea change?

8. What God would let thousands of poor people die???
Would you say God has a plan? Is that what you are saying?

What about all the potentially thousands who are now dead? Didn't their fucking plans in life factor into His equation!?
