The only reason for the calamity we have, post-hurricane, is all directly and utterly due to that son of a bitch bastard's utter incompetence to even do the job of a turd, let alone that of a president.

This goes far beyond an impeachable offense. He has utterly violated the law of the God he gives lip-service adherence to, AND the law of the United States, AND the natural law that any normal human being would adhere to.

When he pulled the funding on making the levees strong enough to withstand a Category 4 hurricane in 2003, and didn't think it was important to work with the state and local government to come up with a backup evacuation and relocation plan.
