So what happened with the mayor today?
I heard he was whisked out in an armed escort along with others? Did they threaten him into submission? Did he say anything after standing there while bush 'talked' and the governor brown-nosed? Any interviews? Did he return to the city to retain control?

1. I love that man.
He was so passionate...at least I think that was him. x_X with the "quit your goddamn conferences"...

I don't know what happened to him, last I heard mother said he was still there.

10. The Convention Ctr and the Superdome have been turned into
concentration camps. They are just waiting for the germs to kick in and then they won't have to worry about food and water anymore.

8. He's really upset...
And like the polar opposite of that Mississippi bitch who Anderson screamed at yesterday...x_X

She was all, "OMG THANK YOU FOR YOUR DROOL, WE DRANK IT AND WAS VERY HAPPEE." I don't care WHERE she's a Democrat, I don't care if she's a democrat in the HEART of a deep deep Democrat-disliking Repub area, that's fucking condescending bullshit and we don't need it, do we.

19. Ah, yes...
Anderson's like...my new hero. I want to have babies with him just to carry some small part of his honorable DNA and hug it on cold nights. x_X

11. Powerful stuff, isn't it.
Bushit needs to be pushed up bodily against a corpse and made to smell it and say hi to it and really SEE the fucking thing. As do the Americans who think he's done well here for the past week.

15. This will sound really bad...
but I'm not sure if he'd even feel it if a dead baby was put in his hands.

Not meaning to offend fellow DUer's, but I don't think that man has one ounce of empathy in him.

17. X_X God...
That DID sound really bad, but the worst part is that I agree...I don't think he would. I really don't.

And some people are like that....some seriously fucked people.

I don't agree with mental institutions as a whole, (especially locking up/drugging harmless, nice schizos who think the newspapers are talking directly to them, and whatnot) but people like that need to be away from society, not running it.

Bush is serious and he feels better now--something like that. So, I believe the horse's head theory.

13. God.
This scares me. x_X if the founding fathers meant what they said and were alive today they'd be urging the people to bring out their weapons and start towards the White House.

14. I hope he lives through this,
I get the feeling that Rove doesn't like the message being relayed by him. The right wing media is trying to place the blame on this catastrophe on the dem mayer and gov. If a whole lot of people blame the dem's for the response perhaps they could turn the state government back to red.

You think they'll bump him from office, or bump him PERIOD? X_X

Because if it's number two I'm seriously considering moving back to England.
