I'm certain over the past 24 hours, Rushbo has been hearing from his hive-dwelling buddies helping fuel his "I'm a victim" game I'm sure he's gonna play later today. This is even more the case since he spent the day at the NARB Convention...a suck-up lobbying group of station managers and owners who carry his show (Hannity also spoke to the group)...so he was pretty insulated from the drug story most of the day.

My bets are he won't say a word on the drugs as it's "a pending investigation" and won't say up or down on this. I just can't help laughing that he has Roy Black representing him...aren't there any good CONservative lawyers?

He knows the spotlight is on him and this is his forum. Also he knows that tape will be rolling and the audience will be huge. I don't think he'll let us down. It's just going to be how he parses his words that will be my fun.

And I'd forget about the open lines today...LOL.

BTW...I was listening to Michael Weiner defend him last night...claiming that this was another work of the "Socialists" who are taking over the world and THIS was the problem. On the other side was Tony Snow sitting in for Hannity who impressed me as being rather matter-of-fact about a whole bunch of topics (Rush included) whereas Hannity surely would have had a full-blown RNC scripted "Hillary did it" defense at the ready.
