3. Withdrawl of all troops from Iraq. Cut Iraq a check for reconstruction, and then get out.

4. Repeal the bankruptcy law passed last month.

5. Price controls on gasoline, and a warning to the oil companies that if they don't shape up, they will be nationalized.

The requirements to declare martial law are eased up dramatically so that the government can protect us.

They take out the rest of the functions government provides and retain only
the military budget.

Some of the populace revolts.

Martial law is declared and the protesters are killed.

In order to protect the citizens of the US, martial law becomes the law of the land.

And everyone is happy whether you like it or not.
