Is it the usual PUNISHMENT of anyone who didn't support Idiot Son? There are too many unanswered questions piling up for all this to be ONLY disorganization like banning the REd Cross, letting out the RICH PEOPLE in the Hyatt, locking in the convention center, national guard convoy arriving at the same time as Idiot Son.

2. No - they need to create fear again. 9/11 doesn't "pay off" anymore.
Now everyone in states nearby the Gulf Coast has a renewed fear of African American violence. They will not be emptying that Stadium anytime soon.
