my son was volunteering for The Red Cross awhile back and was told a story about a huge apt building fire in North Jersey where they went in with Mickey D's hamburgers and the entire population evacuated from the building turned out to be Hindu.

McDonalds isn't my idea of a great meal and isn't exactly the healthiest, but I do know that in urban areas, it is quite popular and I'm sure many appreciate having something like that at a time like this.

I just hope the efforts to feed and shelter these people doesn't just stop in a few days. Their homes, jobs, and in many cases, families are gone.

People in the suburbs are beginning to wise up to McDonald's, which is why their marketing has switched focus to "urban" imagery. Or, in plain, English, black people and Latinos. Minorities are McDonald's biggest growth market.

We really can complain about anthing can't we? Starving people have to eat McDonald's? OH MY GOD!!
