New Orleans should be temporarily named "Heart of Darkness"
for all of the confusing racial messages that title sends. THe White elite and middle class America try not to think of these people and the news coverage is slapping them/us in the face each day.

whaaatt? not everyone is in Up with People and DIversity training? THere are still large enclaves of underclass black Americans who don't even have resources to leave a flooding city?

chaos and breakdown of civilization as we navigate deeper up the river?
