The "relief effort" is a worse disaster than the hurricane!
I don't think we'll ever know how many people died in this disaster. I'm fearful it's going to worse than my initail estimates of at least 3000 to 6000 (as bad as 9/11, potentially an order of magnitude worse).

What I will say is something I'm absolutely positive of. Every person above number 6000 who died, was absolutely and definitely killed by the disaster called a "relief effort".

And my true fear is, the "relief effort" is probably responsible for three times the number of deaths as caused by the hurricane.

And for those who can't get what I'm saying, the failure to bring food, and mostly water, to those poor individuals who have been waiting six days is the "relief effort"

And should my fears be realized and we see more than 10,000 dead in New Orleans, well..., the statement of my subject line will prove to be true.

1. Why did they wait so long?
Why...did they CHOOSE to wait so long? There is no excuse for this.

4. and, in the end, more people will have been killed by the "relief" effort
than by the hurricane . . .

but that seems to be the way they planned it . . . the opportunity to eliminate one of the nation's most vibrant (and poorest, and most Democratic) African-American urban communities was just too irresistable to pass up . . .

so they went for it . . . simply through intentional neglect . . .
