Let no one in, cover all the exits, use this for a chance to obtain germs, cash, and whatever else secretly?

2. My guess is that they are planning on what they are going to do
AFTER the floods which will cause a HUGE uproar from the citizens of New Orleans. Eminent domain anyone?
They will rule it unfit to live there, but then will make it a showcase on the Gulf--casinos, hotels, restaurants...etc.
What a gift to their cronies.
It's always about the land.

3. Halliburton got the first clean up contract. No bids, it seems were
offered. You guess about the rest.

4. My guess is the entire
Gulf Coast affected by Katrina will be in the hands of the wealthy. How can these people hang on to their land??

It will go for dirt cheap prices to the moguls who will build their designed communities, golf courses, casinos etc.

5. They've stolen a state. These people will never vote in LA again.
Assured Republican victories.

8. Bingo.
Louisiana will now resemble Alabama and Mississippi in their voting patterns. One more senate seat.. say bye-bye to Senator Landrieu.

9. Bye bye or she'll race bait some more and try to hang on that way.
What Anderson Coooper did to her is just as devastating as what George Galloway did to Norm Coleman. You're right, she's toast.

One thing though. The folks who survived the storm, those in the burbs, will soon realize that the removal of a city, a magnet city, will crash the entire economy. Louisiana is our Kosovo and the Republicans are our Serbs.
