It's just beyond suspicious that it came in the moment he touched down and started doing his PR campaign. If it can be established that the aid was delayed for simple PR... it's over.

Has there been any further word on this at all? I heard Jack Cafferty mention the suspicious timing, but I've heard nothing concrete.
