Actually, if you were Nagin what would you do" let more people

In times like this you do whatever you have to do to help your people, including hugging the devil if that's what it takes. If Nagin acted all pissy in front of Bush, he knows Bush has many subtle ways to get him back. I'm more impressed that Nagin could stay so composed.
