I've never seen you on CNN before, but I gave up watching CNN over a
year ago when they seemed to become a mouthpiece for this incompetent
administration.

I have been glued to CNN and the other channels and I've been astonished by your comments! They're so true! Please don't stop calling out Bush and these others who have bungled up this relief effort. This
administration is responsible for mass homocide now. Why are they still
letting people die there? Is it because they're black or poor? Is it
because they aren't Bush's "base"? Because they can't donate money to
their fundraising efforts?

I'm repulsed, sickened to the point of physical illness, at what we're
seeing on our television screens. I have never had much faith in Bush,
his Administrations failures led up to 9/11 and I believe that his
Administration has failed again, in protecting the levees and wetlands
that could have avoided this. Bush says no one expected the levees to
break. He's lying! His own administration did in 2001 and beyond! And
by ignoring it, they're now complicit in the murders of thousands of
Americans.

This is murder, and they're keeping them there! By God FOX NEWS of all
people has shown that! Shep and Geraldo are screaming to get these
people safely out of New Orleans, but they can't leave! Are these the
"showers" of the 21st century? Is this how the genocide in America is
going to go down? It may not be as organized as the Holocaust, but it's
going to have the same effect if they don't get these people OUT of New
Orleans now...

Please don't stop talking about this in frank, honest terms. I feel that mainstream media has let the American people down for so very long, and this week I've never been so glad to have you all there, to show and talk about these issues. Americans have to see the truth, and we need you all desperately to be the ones to help show it to us

For a while there I thought of him as a grumpy old man when he was on the CNN morning show. BUt now I think he is a media hero. A lot of people watch and listen to his words. I wrote him to keep up the brave and courageous words. Everyone else should write him too. These reporters need our feedback. THe more we praise their present change to reporting the real truth. I am glued to CNN now like the first Gulf War. CNN now seems to be back in the saddle and reporting the real truth. Although I think Wolf Blitzer looks very constipated these days, with his favorite prez W coming up naked and incompetent. He is still trying to make excuses for W. Has anyone seen the interview with FEMA's Asshole Brown with Soledad O'Brian. He completely ignored her question as to why it took so many days to get the food and water and guard there? He had the same look as W Bush has when ignoring questions. Blank, Caught in the headlamps stare, just plowing ahead when he was programmed to say. She was so frustrated at the end of the interview.
