What do you think Bush's approval ratings will be this week?
I think he'll be WELL under 40%, if only because of gas prices.

If the polling were legitimate, it would be another story entirely, but Gallup and Rasmussen will find a way to spin the questions.

If his "overall" approval is greater than his "hurricane" approval, they'll report the "overall" number instead.
