the moran he put in charge f--- up the relief effort, then he told the army to go in (timing it to coincide with his radio address) so he can look like the big hero in charge. And I think also he did it to show us how government is useless, only the military is any good, so let's continue to gut and weaken the government ('til they can hand it over to Grover Norquist for ceremonial bathtub drowning).
