MSNBC just said the buses have stopped going to the Super Dome...

The National Guard was ordered to stop the buses rolling. There are still 5000 people there, and buses won't start again until at least Sunday.

They did not explain who gave the order nor why it was given.

update: MSNBC says the Texas National Guard was told they had run out of buses and they had to shut down the loading area. They expect to finish tomorrow.
