Mayor of Chicago offered help on Sunday and * turned him down.

Haley Barbour (Gov. of MS) is about 300lbs of ugly white--and that's just the parts you can talk about.

Mississippi is getting assistance from Bush with no delay because Barbour is white and Republican and so are most of the people who own beachfront property there that has been destroyed in the hurricane.
About ten years ago, Barbour was Chairman of the Republican National Committee.
