I don't know. I can't justify anything Imelda Marcos has done, but I find her much less disgusting than Condoleeza. At least Imelda is deluded enough to really believe that she cares, even if she's terrible.

Perhaps the only difference is that Imelda would shed a tear for Filipinos in the same situation. Condi is a cold-hearted snake.
