by then since Alabama is relatively better off in terms of the aftereffects of the hurricane than the other two states. I hope the black community there can be mobilized by people like Jackson or Sharpton to come out in big numbers. Bush wants her to be a symbol -- let's make her one!

Her visit will be as carefully scripted and tightly guarded as Bush's. They will probably stop all helicopter relief/evacuation flights again, as they did with Bush's visit.
