article on this topic. It's quite incomplete, but it's the only thing I can find. Basically, there's a team of about 1000 experts ready to go whenever Homeland Security gives the word (which will probably be a year or two from now, given the lightning speed at which Bushco is operating).

3. The experts

are coroners, medical examiners, and other non-specified professionals. Many of them were involved in the aftermath of 9/11, so they have some experience.

Of course, 1000 is probably not enough to get the job done as fast as one would like, but it's better than one or none.
