The Marburg virus is 100% fatal. It has the ability to kill all human life on earth in a matter of weeks. The quarentine explanation is the only thing that makes sense to me. Marburg has a gestation period of a few days and Ebola takes a little longer.

there were some pretty specific listing about what exactly was housed
in the bio-labs at Tulane-

things like ebola, anthrax, smallpox, plague, all kinds of really nasty stuff- and while googling it, i DID find out that Tulane is level 3bio lab, and has been negligent in performing some necessary safety excercises....

I was not sure if it was my nightmares, or something I actually read-

This post also remarked that symptoms would not show up for like 2wks in most individuals- .... and flourished in JUST the kind of conditions the folks in NOLA were being held prisoner in.
