I'm looking for a congress-blast email list

Does anyone know where a comma or semicolon-delimited list of all congressmen and senators? I'd love to have such a thing right now. I think I'd send the source links from about half the threads here to every congressman and senator. I'd love nothing more than to blast them all with about 100 of these per day, and alternate with another 100 demands for the firing and prosecution of Chertoff and the blithering idiot at FEMA (thanks, Maureen Dowd), and the impeachment and removal of Bush and Cheney.

Who can help me with this one?

I came across this and thought it would be great to have a way to organize and blast lots of people...I emailed them but they require you have your own email list, I admit I am not very good when it comes to composing things. This is what they emailed me...

you can have an action page for any issue you like, all we ask is that you have mailing list of your own to recruit visitors with.

as to this specifically, what is the actual policy issue? we all know it is more than inept, it is the direct consequence of criminal negligence over a period of 5 years, including purging anyone from government who actually knew what they were doing. so what exactly are we to ask Congress to do by way of an appropriate response? that is your issue. is this a justification for doing something and if so what?

There are so many here that have written some very well thought out arguments for what is going on. We really at this point need a leader who can organize the information and get the rest of us to perform an action to help spread the word. I wish I could write like so many of you. There are truly some very amazing DU'ers and we need you now.

4. I just sent my first letter ever to my Republican congressman

Subject: Impeachment of President Bush

Dear Congressman Walden:

This is the first letter I have ever written to any U. S. representative. I realize that you are not likely to be receptive to someone who clearly is not in agreement with your political position. Nonetheless I feel I have no choice but to request that you, as my elected representative, support the motion to impeach President Bush that will very likely be put forth in the Congress in the coming weeks.

I realize that you staunchly supported his disastrous war and domestic policies that favor the very wealthy over average American citizens. The dismal failure of the Bush administration to prepare for and respond to the ongoing tragedy of Hurricane Katrina should be all the reason you need to concur with most Americans that George Bush is unfit to lead this country.

Like many Oregonians, I worked very hard to see him defeated in Oregon. Unfortunately other states are not as enlightened as we are and do not have an election process that can be trusted as ours can. I spoke out very publicly against the invasion of Iraq before it took place and before Bush’s plummeting approval rating made it safe to do so. It is very unlikely that I will vote for you or anyone who enabled Bush’s criminal invasion based upon lies. I am only asking that my right as a citizen of Oregon to beseech your assistance not be taken lightly. You have the grave responsibility of preserving this republic while the very fabric of our civilization seems to be unraveling. You cannot be blind to the damage the Bush administration has done in past five years. Act now so that Bush’s disastrous legacy will not also be yours.

8. Can someone write an action page up

I know I am annoying but its the only thing left I can do. :shrug:

I see the latest action on the www.usalone.com page is for the troops to come home, but we need one for the impeachment of this adminstration, and it needs to be written by someone who can compose everything that has happened into an action page.

Please??????
