21st century trail of tears

this is happening in our country now...

history has taught our leaders nothing...

though the msm may spin this story on behalf of the administration so they can hold onto their jobs for a few more years, history will not look kindly on these days...

i am heavy in my heart this week... the untold stories, grief & horror of a people far beyond what you or i can comprehend...

the great fear that justice will not be served, that the voices of the voiceless will be silenced once again in the mad quest of the wealthy for blood money...

and that blood rests on them... it cannot be washed or bought away...

the blood of the all people on whose backs & at whose expense this country was built... the people who have humbly made their way through the ages & received the least...

people whose guiding force & rock has been their pride & integrity... answered by a spiritless leader who waits over 5 days & tries to strip them of even that...

he cannot value those things because he has none...

blame the weather, blame the local officials for now, but this chapter of history will land squarely on the shoulders of george w bush & there it will crush him...

i hope that justice will be served in our lifetime...

1. I think history has taught us nothing about the leaders we

elect. Granted we didn't select Bush, but we aren't doing anything to make sure the elites aren't the only people who can run for high public offices. We really need to get our heads together at a grass roots level to change this for the future of our descendents so that we get competent and empathic leaders in office instead of a ship load of sociopathic pirates.
