What if the next "Katrina" is another major terrorist attack?

Clearly we have no ability to organize massive governmental assistance to the injured and homeless. I don't think * even has the ability anymore to declare martial law. He has sent all our military overseas to achieve the neocons' imperialistic agenda. Our cities have been economically strapped by the * big tax give-aways to the ultra rich, and, as a result, funding for police and emergency services has been stripped to the bone.

I shudder to think what is being planned by al Qaeda, right now, in light of the fact that this country is effectively toothless in our homeland.

But a terrorist attack is probably very likely considering how inept the government now appears in preventing one and controlling the damage.

They are trying the best they can to prepare for and at least mitigate the effect when it comes. We are apparently doing nothing.

America could shortly be into a far worse disaster than New Orleans before Bush decides it might be time to "do some hard work".
