"Kiss of Death" to arrive at Gulf Coast.
That's right. Rummy is gonna make a visit to the Gulf Coast so he can tell more lies. This will be the beginning of the big Rovian ploy to spin the catastrophe faster than Katrina's eye. The targets will be Dems Nagin and Blanco, with Senator Landrieu as a bonus.

BTW, some have noted the likely result of the electoral map being shifted by this catastrophe. I don't think anybody would have considered that until now. NOLA is fairly Dem area. What will happen now?

1. IMO, this is not just about shifting the electoral map.
