I have edited my post on this because I am still steaming so here goes:

If the rest of the world had the same attitude, you would not be receiving millions of gallons of oil to keep your country going right now. Canada, alone, is sending 91 million gallons of oil, 4 ships with 1000 personnel, tons of relief supplies.

The gall of that kind of attitude should astound me but, sadly, there are a few others with the same attitude, namely your president.
