3. they could be used for good
The ability to broadcast instructions or alerts at great distances with minimal distortion could be useful for authorities and rescue crews in areas where other communications systems are unavailable

4. They can also be used for evil
I'm looking at the evil bastards who are running this country right now. Given the choice of doing something good that's easily accomplished, or something evil that takes seven days' planning and a million dollars disbursed to a Republican campaign contributor...they'll take evil any day.

5. Why would they need to experiment in the United States. . .
when they have all the angry, mass demonstrations they can handle throughout Iraq and Afghanistan?

8. My guess is to instill more fear in the public
Katrina instilled rage, unlike 911.
It's time for us to fear again.
911 has just been rendered useless as a talking point meme.
It's all about Katrina and nobody is scared, they are pissed.
Time to whip the proles back into subservience.
If they show us they are not afraid to inflict violence on our fellow citizens...it will make many people think before they would protest this goverment.
I don't believe any of this was accidental.

9. Come back to me in a week . . .
and explain how they used fear to intimidate an empty city.

6. all the media hype and them deliberately left in deplorable conditions
and then the surprise when the Guard did arrive not to face angry mobs tells you the script the elite were expecting to execute.

i guess it is hard for 1/2 dead people to riot, eh?

this DELIBERATE inaction definitely has an evil plan behind it and i suspect that they wanted to incite violence nothing else makes sense especially the BS 'incompetence' theory.

peace
