When is someone going to charge George W. Bush with murder?

What happened to New Orleans this last week under the direction of George W. Bush is nothing short of murder. The proof is in the events on Friday afternoon; times so that as the President makes his visit to the area, the military troops who are sitting in convoy fashion on the edge of the downtown area of the city start to roll. That was not a coincidence, and with the history of this regime, you can not convince me that it was.

It does not matter that he is incompetent and most likely did not make the decision to have the events coordinated as they were. He is by title the leader of this country and ultimately responsible.
Charge him and the aid who made the decision to withhold aid until the arrival of the idiot son.

We have a case here where a nursing home patient with MS was left out in the sun for 2 hours in 90 degree temps, resulting of course in her death. The charge is criminal negligence.
