Focusing on the blatant racism in NO plays in the repuke game plan.

No one watching the travesty in NO can ignore the blatant racism but IMO this was part of a Bushco game plan.

Bushco wanted to throw red meat to their base and what better way than to stand back and LIHOP. Letting blacks, the frail, the poor suffer and die communicates to Repukes that Bushco shares the repuke's scorn and hatred of the poor and powerless.


But it is not so simple as knee jerk racism. I believe Bushco saw the hurricane as a phenomenal opportunity to divert attention away from the Plame investigation and the Cindy Sheenan's anti-war movement both of which were gaining tremendous momentum before Katrine hit.


And it is simply not just to divert the nation's attention but specifically to divert the Left. They know that the Left will jump all over the fact that a democratic city and many of its habitants have been slaughtered by neglect of the Federal government to act.

Therefore Jesse Jackson and others should not fall for the bait and make this a race issue though it clearly is but they should they should scream loudly that this is a diversion and it shows the extent this despicable cabal will go to protect itself and its interests.

Which caused the war in Iraq and all the other hideous atrocities. Tie it directly back into the DSM and ending this pitiful war thats taxed the whole country.
