Question: Do we, even now, have 100 percent callup of National Guard, for
Lousiana and Mississippi? If not, why not? Because they don't want to do the "two callup" thing to some of these Guardsmen so they will still be available for Iraq?

Anyone know what the current utilization of Guardsmen is?

1. Kick.
A worthy question. I've asked it in posts, and been ignored.

I suspect nobody knows, or wants to know.

I have heard that the Louisiana "active" units were largely overseas, but that this is only about a third of the LA NG.

I'd expect some to have evacuated, and be unavailable.

The rest ... no clue.
