She may not be outrightly criticizing prez nitwit, BUT hiring Whit to deal with FEMA speaks volumes on the lack of cooperation she is receiving!

From what i have read those on the right are now trying to fix the blame for the lack of military presence on the back of this Govenor......If I were MoveOn I would make me an ad and ask the question..WHERE WAS GEORGE? Then I would have a shot of him fake playing a guitar on either Monday or Tuesday...Then ask the question again WHERE WAS GEORGE? then have a shot of him licking his thumb along side that ass McCain holding a cake on either Tuesdday or Wednesday, and end it with WHERE WAS GEORGE? 5. It's a good move.

Each state has somebody appointed as liaison with FEMA; FEMA has somebody appointed to "liase" with each state.

LA's been behind in requests, as far as such trivia's reported in the news, after they've wrapped up with either "all's fine", "bring out your dead", or "the humanity of it all ... looting, and raping, and cannibalism!!" And LA's requests have been rather unique, it seems, in some regards.

If the liaison flubs it on either side, there's chaos. (Of course, chaos is such an attractive option at so many other points in the process that the presence of chaos does not imply that the liaisons flubbed it.)
