Sean Hannity kept trying to "put this in perspective." Smith insisted "This is all the perspective you need." Hannity asked why convoys with supplies haven't reached the Convention Center yet and when those supplies are expected; Smith replied "I don't know."

Hannity: "That's what needs to be done."
