Because, believe it or not, there are certain...people running around that are really quite dangerous, and they're armed because they either already had weapons, or because they sacked the local Wal-Mart and the pawn shops.

Hell, there were parts of New Orleans I wouldn't have gone into BEFORE this happened unless I had a gun.

is not as much as to the lawless individuals, that may have been forced into the situation by means of a survival instinct. But the criminals who possess the authority of this bogus US govt!

I'm a gunpacking liberal. I own two guns. And I live in hurricane-proned Miami (Katrina struck us as a category one hurricane and eleven people died).

I own my firearms for self defense. There are times that you can't call someone with a gun to come to your rescue.
