Negligent Homicide
I haven't seen that phrase in a few hours, and I was feeling a deep need to see it again.

Negligent Homicide

Negligent Homicide

Negligent Homicide

Negligent Homicide

Negligent Homicide

Sorry for the intrusion and the abuse of bandwidth.

2. I just heard that phrase on the Guy Jones show
MSNBC said the death toll in NOLA is between 10,000 and 15,000. Fucking hell this is madness!! What have they done to these old people, men women and children.

13. It was a good laugh
By the way, Roger spoke for everyone who is suffering. There are loads of sensible red-necks who understand issues clearly. It's important to separate them from the ignorant bible thumpers.

14. Yeah, I know that. I think some people are too hard on "rednecks"
and I didn't mean to imply that *I* thought that about Roger, just that there were some people who seemed to be a little mean-spirited about him.

5. Nothing short of suits stating they violated the civil rights of
ALL involved. The poor, the white, the black, the elderly, the children, men, women, babies, infirm, etc.,etc.

Negligent homicide, intentional homicide, call it what you like. Homicide is homicide.

9. What "Negligent Homicide" means to me
It means Negligence.

And it means Homicide.

Lots of people died because of George Bush's unconcern. "Over ten thousand", in the words of David Vitter, the Republican Senator from Louisiana.

The mind boggles at the depth of dereliction committed by George Bush. At least my mind does.

15. Absolutely. No question in my mind.
Of course, negligent homicide is nothing compared to a blow job in the oval office :sarcasm:

But back to the point. Yes. Everyone in this administration should be charged with negligent homicide.
