Tucker was talking to someone, Van Heerden I think, about a CD that was given to the White House which was apparently detailing the probable scenario of a direct hit on NO. I missed a lot of it, so sorry to be so vague. My impression was that the info on the CD was a result of a study done by LSU folks, and I heard the guy say it was given to WH staff. So they knew. Had a CD. Anyone have more on that conversation?

Was the chief researcher at LSU working on the study of effects on NO of a hurricane. Apparantly the study predicted what has happened. Results were presented to FEMA, ACOE and White House, but they all ignored the results.
