No! This is what you get:

America‛s Infrastructure G.P.A. = D
Total Investment Needs = $1.6 Trillion
(estimated 5-year need—does not include security investment needs)(*The American Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE))

http://www.asce.org/reportcard/2005/index.cfm?pic=1

What happened in New Orleans doesn't come as a surprise to the experts. We were due for a disaster and what happened last week is only a piece of the deteriorating infrastructure. Be prepared for more disasters.

The Democrats MUST use this tragedy to illustrate why taxes aren't bad but are necessary. They can use it to explain why it's important to take Global warming seriously and protect the wetlands. Here is an easily understandable (and predicted) result of what happens when you aren't good stewards of the environment.

2. This is the turning point. The Reagan revolution is over
25 years of demonizing government programs designed to help with the greater good. We got what we paid for, alright. Absolutely nothing!

3. Isn't 1.6 trillion
about the amount of the surplus when Clinton left office?

4. That sounds right...
and notice the 1.6 Trillion doesn't include "homeland security". That's the piece that pays for the relief and rescue.
