A few of us were monitoring WWL.COM(radio) and getting the word

out earlier. I am the last one, could someone takeover. They still have a lot of NOLA people calling in, yes there are still a lot of land lines working. I have been posting info in GD and LA forums, from the callers. There are some areas that people are still in their homes, with food and water, but running out. Some afraid to evacuate because of the conditions at the shelters (Search).

I am really tired been up all night.

I get the feeling some here would rather complain about things than get the messages out. The St. Tammary (sp?) thing is bothering me, so please repost. They are going to do fly overs tomorrow. People don't understand that a lot of people have phone/radio service in the disaster area. They think there is a total black out. Once again. Thank you sooo much.

5. No problem...it's interesting anyway... What I JUST realized

is that I have some neighbors in the back who are FROM that very area. In all this obssession I failed to go find out how THEY are doing!! They may have family still in trouble back/down there.

6. error message when I try to connect

Windows Media Player cannot play the file. If the file is on another computer, verify that you are connected to the network. If you typed a path, verify that it is correct. If the problem persists, the server might not be available.

7. WWL has a strong signal

at night I hear it loud and clear here in Tennessee, and I also had no trouble picking it up when I lived in Georgia.

I believe it is 870 AM. We listened the other night but I have been at work too long tonight and wouldn't make much sense of it, I appreciate your doing this, IMM.

Hopefully I can stay up and help tomorrow night when I don't have to work til 4am
