If there is a concerted plan to blatantly punish blue Louisiana by withholding relief aid, one would expect to see a difference in how the adm. responded to red MS.

But I haven't heard much out of MS, in terms of how people are faring. Does anybody know if folks there have gotten more help? Of course, the extent of the damage was not as great, but it would be interesting to know if MS got more help relative to its need.

3. Well, the problem could simply be incompetence and/or indifference
to human life, including American citizens'. Certainly fits with all previous behavior we witnessed from this cabal.

2. Ask SouthernDem2004
when he shows up again. He's a police officer in Biloxi, and came on yesterday to tell us he was safe. I'm sure he's awfully busy, but he would know more about the relief efforts in his immediate area than anyone else, I think.

I also recall reading here that the governor of MS faulted FEMA for slow response, but I don't know if any sources for the information were given.

6. Hmmm, that's interesting.
I hope Landrieu demands hearings into what happened. If anybody is motivated and competent enough to find out how aid was distributed, it's Mary.
