5. I was considering North Korea as a political refugee.

Because even though they probably have the bomb and are the most repressive regime of the axis of evil, they don't have any oil, so I guess I'm pretty safe. I was thinking of Norway, which has the best standard of living for the fourth year running but they have way too much of the black stuff to be a safe haven.
