Thank you website for nations offering help?

I don't have the skills or money to set up a site to thank the world for their help with Katrina, but does anyone know if there is something out there like that? Sort of like the "I'm sorry" pages that came about after the election?

I really would like to let people in other countries know we appreciate everything they are doing for us, especially since our government isn't going to.
