Part of Bushco's unpreparedness for the effects of Katrina
was not anticipating media access to the disaster. Their control of
media images (which they have done so successfully in Iraq) failed,
and it's gonna cost them.

Since the area will be under military control in the future, we will not
see this unpresidented response again by the media, I fear.

What New Orleans will look like when the water is drained out is near
unimaginable: trash everywhere, human bodies, dead animals. But
Bushco will try and prevent it from being seen.
