since Katrina hit. The lack of response by FEMA to the disaster is just that. By passive I mean that by not responding immediately they allow the deaths and are continuing to allow the deaths by the thousands. Deliberately withholding water..a substance required by the body which will die within a week without it, is murder.
There have been plenty of accounts of deliberate inaction.
Those in charge of the disaster plan should be held for murder, same as at Nuremburg. No excuses..the whole world knew through television the magnitude of the disaster yet the FEMA officials are claiming they didn't? I say bullshit!
When this has been brought under control it's time for indictments, trials and sentences.
