FOX is the king of sensationalist news. I've no doubt that its head is still far up the collective right-wing crack, but I think they'll shift the way the wind's blowing for ratings.

and then they worded the only positive response as "Great job"

No "okay."

So everyone who doesn't want to lambast George Bush has to pick "great job" while everyone who thinks it was a poor response to begin with has to pick one of three so it spreads the negative vote out while artificially inflating all non-negative responses into "Great job!"
