18. The "police state image" is doctored - the APC should say "state police".

Someone has altered it. Here's a link to the real image:

20. It's not a very sophisticated job, easy to make it look real.

But you're right, the question is why would someone want to change it. And also, how did it get into circulation like this?

21. Makes you wonder how many other

photos have been altered before being circulated.
It would be embarrassing if people posted fakes on a another political website or news blog and said they came from here.
