.. that Mike Brown used to work as the Arabian Showhorse director or something.. that he was hired as Director of FEMA because he was a crony of a Bush friend.

Reading between the lines.. he needed the job, so he wouldn't make waves over funding cuts like the last guy.

And, as usual, he's utterly incompetent.
