Rice said she wanted "to be around the people she grew up with," but she's not from Mobile.

She headed to a church service in north Mobile and all the cameras followed, broadcasting the entire service out to the region.

The area of town she was in, Prichard, is Mobile's equivalent of New Orleans' Ninth Ward. It's the last place in the world you would catch Rice were it not for the cameras.
